Aikido’s feature

The movement of Aikido is based on the theory of entering, irimi(Be within reach of the other party), and turning. With these skills, it is possible to rationally control the opponent without using great power. You don’t have to attack your opponent indiscriminately by handling your body.

Tenkan is a skill of physical treatment that uses the movement of a circle to rationally break the opponent’s posture without using big force.

Movements around the circle can be seen in various places in Aikido.By incorporating the movement of the circle, it is easy to control the opponent without using unnecessary force.
