② Prepare the soup in a nabe. (We sometimes make soup with seasonings, but most of the time we use nabe soup sold at supermarkets.)

③ Place the nabe on the tabletop stove and heat it over medium heat.

④ After boiling, add the ingredients and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until cooked.

⑤ When the ingredients are boiled, take them from the nabe and put them in your own bowl with ponzu sauce or sesame seeds.

When I’m completely full with the nabe, I have the last fun.

Commonly known as “sime”.

You can enjoy the pot until the last soup.

White rice and udon are added to the soup, which has a delicious flavor from various ingredients, and is eaten.

Even if you eat udon noodles, it absorbs the flavor and is really delicious.

5, recent nabe

Recently, the number of ingredients that even one person can make and eat is increasing.

My dad doesn’t like nabe so much that the whole family can’t eat nabe no matter how cold it is. In such a case, one person prepares a small nabe, vegetables, tofu, and soup stock for one person for lunch.

Many are sold at supermarkets and convenience stores, so why not buy one?

In addition, there are many other nabe dishes such as kimchi nabe and soy milk nabe.

I love kimchi nabe. It’s spicy and delicious.

This is a nabe for one person.

After adding this, add the ingredients and simmer to easily make a nabe for one person.

The nabe is the perfect dish for this cold season.

It is also a healthy dish with relatively low calories because you can eat a lot of vegetables and meat.

Isn’t it good to eat a nabe at home alone or with a family and relax?

Thank you!!
