This is Japanese shopping district Ameya-yokocho called Ameyoko.
There are many cheep shops. For example foods, fashion goods, brand name goods, sundries and meals.

Kyu-Iwasaki-tei Garden
This mansion was built in 1896. It is certified as a Japanese important national treasure.
It is located by Ueno-park.
It has western style building and Japanese style building. It also has beautiful garden.
It is very photogenic spot!

Yanaka Ginza
