There are various species ramen in Japan. For example “Iekei-ramen”, Hakata-ramen” and ”Jiro-ramen”. I want to introduce Jiro-ramen in this site.

1, What’s Jiro-ramen
Jiro-ramen is ramen which vegetables, fat, garlic, and karame on the noodles. Vegetables are cabbages and Bean sprouts. Karame is soy sauce. It is feature a large amount.
2, Before enter the shop
First you will buy a ticket. Then you will wait behind the row. Enter the shop when be vacant seats. Carry water by yourself.
3, How to order?#
Shop assistant ask you ”Do you want garlic?” You can choice amount of vegetable, garlic, fat and karame. I will introduce a mysterious word. It is “Mashi”. Mashi’s mean is like a many. If you want many vegetable, you will say “Yasai(vegetable) Mashi”.If you want more vegetable you will say “Yasai(vegetable) Mashi Mashi”. The number of “Mashi” decide amount.
4, Recommend shop
Recommend shop is Fujisawa Jiro. I think it is most delicious ramen while I have ever eaten.
